Common questions
How fast will I actually hear back?
Within the same business day for messages sent during working hours (9am-7pm PKT, Monday-Saturday). Messages sent outside those hours get a reply first thing the next morning.
Do I need a fixed budget before I contact you?
No — a rough range is enough to start. Part of the first call is helping you figure out what a realistic budget looks like for what you're trying to achieve.
Is the consultation call really free, with no obligation?
Yes. It exists to confirm we're the right fit before either side commits to anything, and plenty of calls end with a referral elsewhere when we're not.
Can we work together if my brand isn't based in Pakistan?
Yes — we work with brands across 48 countries. Calls are scheduled around your timezone and most collaboration happens over WhatsApp and video calls regardless of location.
What should I have ready before the first call?
Just a clear sense of the problem you're solving — whether that's more leads, better creative, or a channel that isn't performing. We'll ask for brand assets and account access only once a project actually starts.
