The Challenge

Why brands drift even when the design is good

Most brand inconsistency isn't a design failure, it's an access problem. The right logo file is buried in an old email, nobody knows the exact green, and the sales team rebuilds the same proposal cover from scratch every month. People don't go off-brand on purpose; they go off-brand because the correct assets are harder to find than the wrong ones.

A brand kit solves that by putting everything in one place, in the formats people actually need: logo files for print and web, colour codes, fonts, and ready-made templates for the things your team makes most often. When the on-brand option is also the easiest option, consistency takes care of itself.

If you already have a brand identity, we build the kit from it. If you only have a logo, we define the missing rules first. Kits pair especially well with social media design, where editable templates let your in-house team publish posts that still look professionally designed.

Our Process

How your brand kit project runs

Five clear stages, so you always know what happens next and what we need from you.

  1. Stage 1

    Audit

We collect your existing logo files, colours, fonts and materials and list what's missing or inconsistent.

  2. Stage 2

    Define

Gaps in the brand rules are filled, so every template has a clear system behind it.

  3. Stage 3

    Build

  4. Stage 4

    Organise

Files exported, named and structured in a shared folder anyone can navigate.

FAQs

Common questions

What is a brand kit?

A brand kit is an organised collection of your logo files, colours, fonts and ready-made templates, so anyone creating materials for your business can stay on-brand.

How is a brand kit different from brand guidelines?

Guidelines document the rules. A brand kit gives people the actual files and templates that make following those rules easy. Most businesses need both.

Can you build a kit if I only have a logo?

Yes. We'll define the missing colour, type and layout rules first, then build the templates from them.

Which tools are the templates made in?

Usually Canva or Figma for social posts, and Word or PowerPoint for documents and presentations — whichever your team already uses.

Where will the brand kit be stored?

We deliver it as a structured shared folder (Google Drive or similar) and, if you use Canva, as a Canva Brand Kit with your colours, fonts and logos loaded.

Can you add templates later?

Yes. Many clients start with the essentials and add event, campaign or document templates as they need them.
